Lisa Friend, flute; Anna Stokes, flute; Mark Kinkaid, piano; Niall O'Riordan, holistic flute (flute yoga).
An intensive three day flute course. (Option to attend the entire 3 day course or individual days - We would however recommend attending the entire 3 day course to benefit from all the classes that are on offer). We advise that if you wish to apply as a performer, application forms should be completed as soon as possible as there will be a limited number of spaces. Performers auditors welcome.
This course is aimed at players of all ages and abilities, with a particular focus on intermediate (gd 3+), advanced and adult players. Players will be divided into different groups for ensemble coaching / work according to ability / standard.
Course Highlights: classes on technique tone, ensemble playing, masterclasses on repertoire, lecture, holistic flute with Niall O'Riordan (Yoga Breathing), end of course Student Concert, farewell drinks, end of course Teachers Performance, emphasis on musical development, DVD footage of famous flautists, prizes, and much more!
The flute class will be held in a private home in central North West London with a magnificent garden and good transport links
